What They Said
From the first WhatsApp message, their response was incredibly fast and reassuring. The staff were friendly, calm, and genuinely kind, which made a stressful situation feel much easier.
They organised sample tests and blood tests immediately and the turnaround was impressively quick. Everything was explained clearly and patiently, with time taken to answer questions and make sure I understood what was going on.
All medications were provided on the spot, clearly labelled with simple instructions, which was such a relief while unwell. They also WhatsApped me all my results detailing what was wrong and a full invoice to take back to my doctor in New Zealand.
What really stood out was the follow up. They checked in the next day to see how I was feeling, which speaks volumes about the level of care.
Professional, efficient, and genuinely compassionate. An incredible standard of care, especially when travelling. I wish NZ service was like this!
The staff provided all the help we needed, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire process.

Unfortunately I didn’t get the nurse’s name, but she was incredibly caring, kind, and attentive. She got us seen straight away and administered my first two rabies vaccinations with such care and reassurance, which made a stressful situation feel much easier.
We were then seen by Dr Adhi, who was fantastic. He explained everything clearly and calmly, and both his and the nurse’s English was excellent, which made the whole experience so smooth and reassuring.
Dr Adhi explained that because the scratch drew blood it was categorised as a WHO Category 3 exposure, meaning I needed immunoglobulin. Although they didn’t have any in stock (and neither did a couple of hospitals he contacted), he went above and beyond by getting in touch with a colleague from another clinic he works at in Canggu and arranged for them to come directly to my hotel to administer it.
The team were also incredibly helpful with our travel insurance, and the clinic itself was spotless, calm, and very welcoming. When you’re abroad and something like this happens, it can be really scary, but this place was truly top-notch. They even texted me the next day to check in and see how I was doing.
